Frequently Asked Questions

Is travel really not required?
Document preparation and applications can generally be completed without traveling. However, some banks may require in-person procedures. We will advise in advance.
Is account opening guaranteed?
Account approval depends on each bank's review, so we cannot guarantee success. Our goal is to minimize document issues and help the process proceed smoothly.
Can I just consult without applying?
Yes. "Still considering" is perfectly fine. We start with a listening session and never push hard sales.
Can I cancel?
If cancelled before we submit to our local partner, we refund minus a ¥10,000 handling fee. No refund after submission begins.
What about Japanese tax filing?
We do not provide tax advice. Japanese residents must consult a licensed tax accountant in Japan.
How is this different from company formation?
Account opening support is for personal bank accounts. Company formation (¥330,000+) is a separate service. Combination packages are available.
