The prices for each plan (tax included) are as follows: ・Company formation — basic plan: from ¥330,000 ・Year 2 onward — company maintenance: from ¥198,000/year ・IE + SBS document support: ¥288,000 ・IE + account-opening bundle: ¥498,000 ・Bank account opening — document support: from ¥258,000 ・SOLO Club premium personal account opening support: ¥358,000 ・SOLO Club VIP bundle: ¥658,000 ※ Local costs (such as registration fees) may apply separately. ※ The SOLO Club membership fee (80 GEL ≈ approx. ¥4,800/month; 800 GEL if paid annually) is a third-party cost set by Bank of Georgia and is not included in our service fee (information as of 2026; converted at 1 GEL ≈ ¥60, subject to exchange-rate fluctuation; please confirm the latest amount on the official Bank of Georgia site). ・Before we request the local partner: we refund the amount minus an administrative fee (¥10,000). ・After requesting the local partner but before local procedures begin: we refund the remainder after deducting our work fee (up to 30% of the service price). ・After local procedures have begun: we refund the remainder after deducting our work fee and any actual costs already paid to the local partner. ・Where there is a clear non-performance by the Company, we will provide a refund or re-performance as appropriate to the situation. ※ Consumers residing in Japan may be protected by the Consumer Contract Act and other Japanese consumer-protection laws. |
| Governing law / jurisdiction | The governing law for this agreement is Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
