2. Personal Information We Collect

Through our inquiry channels, the Company may collect information such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We may also ask you to submit identity documents for KYC (identity verification) procedures.

• Responding to inquiries and providing information
• Providing the Service and assisting with document preparation
• Assisting with the identity-verification documents required by the partner law firm and financial institutions
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Provision to Third Parties

Except as required by law or with the User's consent, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. However, we may share information to the extent necessary to provide the Service to our local partner law firm (TREX LEGAL) and similar parties. Where we outsource operations, the Company requires the contractor, by contract or otherwise, to handle personal information appropriately, and exercises necessary and appropriate supervision.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

The Company is an entity based in Georgia, and the personal information we collect may be processed on servers and systems located in Georgia. It may also be provided to third parties within Georgia, such as our local partner law firm (TREX LEGAL & ASSOCIATES LLC, located in Georgia), for the purpose of providing the Service.

Georgia is not on the list of foreign countries recognized by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission as having a data-protection regime equivalent to Japan's. Georgia does, however, have its own Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, supervised by an independent authority (the Personal Data Protection Service). Our agreement with the partner law firm includes confidentiality and a prohibition on use for any other purpose.

We confirm your consent to this cross-border provision when you apply. Without that consent, we are unable to handle procedures that require it.

6. Retention Period

We retain the personal information we obtain for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and once it is no longer needed, we dispose of or anonymize it without delay by appropriate means.

7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, or Suspension of Use

If you wish to request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your own personal information, please email info@grena-tax.com. After identity verification, we will respond free of charge within the period required by law.

Security measures: personal information is managed in accounts protected by two-step verification, with access limited to authorized persons. Sensitive documents are deleted after the necessary period following completion of the engagement.
