The Service is intended to provide general information about bank account opening and company formation in Georgia, and to assist with document preparation. The Company does not provide individualized tax or legal advice, nor does it solicit, intermediate, or act as a sales agent for financial products. Please confirm final decisions with a qualified professional (such as a licensed tax accountant or attorney).

- Use by anti-social forces (organized crime groups, their members or associates, corporate racketeers, etc.) or similar persons
- Providing false information or impersonating another person
- Acts that infringe the rights or interests of the Company or any third party
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
Article 4 (Disclaimer and Scope of Liability)
The Company exercises reasonable care regarding the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information provided through the Service, but does not guarantee it. Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for any damage arising from a User's use of the Service. Even where the Company is liable (except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence), such liability is limited to the amount the User paid to the Company as consideration for the Service, and to ordinary, direct damages (within the limits permitted by the Consumer Contract Act and other mandatory laws). The Company is not involved in, and does not guarantee, the results of a bank's review, the success of account opening, or any tax or legal determination. No provision of this Article applies to the extent it is rendered void by Articles 8 and 8-2 of the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws.
